What Drives Us
Our Mission
The Office of the Administrator-General (OAG) exists to facilitate the orderly transfer of all official Assets, Properties and Handing-Over Notes from the appointees of the outgoing Government to the incoming administration, by providing technical and professional support services to the Transition Team through the implementation of appropriate systems and procedures based on international best practices.
Our Vision
Smooth political transfer of administration from the outgoing President to another elected President in a peaceful and stable democratic Ghana.

Our Services
Coordination services
In conformity with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (Act 845), the Office of the Administrator-General performs the following coordination services: – provide guidance and coordination services for the preparation and distribution of Handing-Over Notes by MDAs, MMDAs, RCCs and ICBs through the Presidency.
Collaborative Services
Other functions envisaged or implied to be performed by the OAG, but which are not mentioned in the Act include the following: In collaboration with PRAAD ensure that the records of activities at the Presidency are collated, formatted and properly stored as part of the valuable history of the country (i.e. Presidential Archives/Documentation OAG);
